McKee Library is proud to celebrate Black History Month this February. Black History Month is an annual celebration of African Americans and their achievements throughout United States History. McKee Library has a display of works by and about African Americans on the main floor, including a display on Martin Luther King, Jr. We invite you to explore our Black History Month reading list for recommended reads. This list includes over 140 titles and includes memoirs, poetry, novels, nonfiction, and biographies.
