Artwork by Jeremy Ramirez is on exhibit at McKee Library on the first floor. "The drawing "Facade" represents how sometimes we hide behind a smile, we hide our pain, but it is incomplete as a metaphor. The face not being colored represents a facade, a front. We as humans put up many fronts to cope with what we are dealing with because we think there's no help, but bottling up your pain is exhausting and hurts more. It feels as if you have no one, like you are drowning and no one will throw you a line." His artwork will be on exhibit now through February 28, 2019.
